About the Role
This isn't a "maintain the backlog" type of role. Instead, you’ll be part of a high-velocity central "Special Ops" team tasked with finding MoEngage's next big wins.
If you’re obsessed with AI agents, automating your own workflows, and wishing you had more "0 to 1" ownership, this is your playground. You’ll be reporting into the Product Strategy team with a direct line of sight into how a global B2B SaaS leader scales. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• 0-1 Rapid Prototyping: You’ll be the scout. Identify a trend, build a lean MVP, and run experiments to see if it sticks. You validate (or kill) ideas fast.

• Internal AI Architect: We want our PMs to be 10x more productive. You will build and maintain the internal AI tools, custom GPTs, and automated workflows that the entire PM org will use.

• Strategic Intelligence: Dig into the "why." You’ll synthesize data from competitors, M&A moves, technology and market trends, and customer feedback to help the leadership team decide where we go next.

• Horizontal Impact: Own the "glue" projects - initiatives that don't fit into one single product silo but are critical for MoEngage’s overall growth.

• Product Ops: Help streamline how we ship. You’ll work cross-functionally with the CEO’s Office, Marketing, and Sales to ensure our strategic bets actually land.

Requirements :

• 3+ Years in Product: You’ve shipped real products in a tech-first environment (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).

• AI-native: This is the big one. You are a power user of AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, etc.), Workflow Automation (Make, n8n), and No-Code tools.

• High Bias to Action: When faced with a roadblock, you build a workaround. You prefer shipping a 70% version today over a 100% version next month.

• Data Literate: You’re comfortable diving into data to find the signal in the noise. You query, you analyze, and you present insights that drive decisions.

• Elite Communicator: You can translate "Eng-speak" to "Business-speak" flawlessly. You’re comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

• Ownership Mentality: You don't wait for a PRD template. You see a gap, you own it, and you fix it.
