About the role:
 

We’re looking for someone who can  lead, transform, and scale a world-class recruitment engine. You will be responsible for everything from high-volume tech hiring to executive leadership searches, while driving the shift toward an agile, data-driven, and inclusive hiring culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Execution & Operational Excellence: The role will be responsible for direct full-cycle recruitment for Tech, Non-Tech, and Leadership roles across global territories. You will oversee Campus & Early Talent programs to build a sustainable junior pipeline and manage vendor/RPO partnerships to ensure high performance and cost-effective delivery. You are responsible for the daily engine, optimizing the funnel, and managing recruitment budgets with a focus on Cost-Per-Hire and overall cost savings.
  • Strategic Transformation & Intelligence: Position the company as an employer of choice by creating a compelling Global Employer Brand and EVP to attract elite SaaS talent. You will embed DEI strategies into every stage of the funnel and move beyond basic metrics to provide the executive team with predictive talent analytics, competitor mapping, and market intelligence. Shift the organization from reactive hiring to Proactive Pipeline Building for critical roles.
  • Operate with extreme agility in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where the ability to pivot and execute simultaneously is critical. You will lead and mentor a global TA team, conducting regular capability-building sessions to "raise the bar." Implement Agile methodologies within the TA org to increase speed and adaptability while driving high-impact Team OKRs.
  • C&B Strategy & Market Reality Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary interface between the talent market and internal HR. Provide real-time data on candidate demands to trigger reviews of compensation bands, ensuring benchmarks align with market reality. Partner with C&B & Finance to ensure offers are competitive yet financially sustainable.
  • Offer Architecture & Benefits Localization: Oversee the structuring of complex, multi-component leadership offers, balancing base pay, sign-on bonuses etc. Manage the tension between external competitiveness and internal pay equity. Additionally, advise C&B on Benefits Localization to ensure region-specific perks (e.g., health insurance etc) act as differentiators in global markets.
  • Process Engineering & Stakeholder Management: Continuously audit and refine hiring policies to remove friction and solve bottlenecks proactively. Lead the implementation and optimization of ATS and automation tools to reduce manual overhead. Build high-trust, collaborative relationships with the C-suite and Department Heads, acting as a strategic advisor on headcount planning and organizational scaling.

Requirements:

  • 13–18 years of progressive TA experience, with a significant background in high-growth SaaS, AI, or Product-led environments.
  • Agile Mindset: Proven track record of scaling organizations in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments where rapid pivots are the norm.
  • Highly Collaborative: Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, C&B, and Department Heads.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert knowledge of modern recruitment tech stacks, ATS platforms, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into a strategic narrative that influences business-critical decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to spot operational gaps and solve for them proactively, driving continuous process efficiency and "raising the bar" for organizational performance.
  • Global Acumen: Hands-on experience managing recruitment across diverse international territories and cultures.
