About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned People Operations professional to lead and streamline our global HR engine. You will be responsible for the "backbone" of our employee experience, ensuring that our processes—from payroll and compliance to systems and global mobility—run like a well-oiled machine. This role is perfect for someone who loves building scalable systems and ensuring operational excellence across multiple geographies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Global Payroll, EOR Management & HR Analytics
- Oversee accurate and timely global payroll processing, ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations.
- Manage global HR operations in collaboration with Employer of Record (EOR) partners to ensure seamless service delivery across different geographies.
- Manage relationships with external payroll partners and ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
- Lead HR Analytics by creating dashboards and regular reports for business leaders and HRBPs.
- Ensure data integrity across all HR systems (DarwinBox, etc.) for reliable reporting.
2. Global Mobility & Immigration
- Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including new applications, renewals, and extensions for international assignees.
- Partner with external counsel and internal stakeholders to execute global moves and handle complex mobility cases.
- Stay updated on global immigration laws to advise the business on compliance, timelines, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate immigration records and publish periodic mobility reports.
3. HR Systems, Processes & Policy Management
- Act as the primary owner for HR tech platforms (DarwinBox, Zoho Helpdesk, PMP tools, etc.).
- Serve as the go-to person for the creation, maintenance, and regular updation of all global HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide dedicated operational and reporting support for the ESMS, ensuring the platform is optimized and effectively utilized by the workforce.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: Onboarding, Offboarding, and Performance Management.
- Drive engagement initiatives like the "45-day Onboarding Survey" and quarterly "Catch up with CEO" sessions.
4. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Maintain compensation tools (Compport) to ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Support the C&B Lead in implementing new processes, variable payouts, and equity programs.
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration, vendor liaison, and global benefits benchmarking.
5. Employee Relations, Legal processes & HRBP support
- Support HRBPs on ER issues, serving as a liaison with legal counsel.
- Maintain confidential records of investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare formal legal notices and documentation (termination letters, disciplinary actions) in line with global standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12–15 years in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Expert knowledge of HRIS tools (DarwinBox experience is a plus) and ticketing systems (Zoho).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and provide robust reporting support for ESMS.
- Compliance First: Deep understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and EOR operating models across different regions.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex global mobility cases and drive policy alignment.
