  • Provide solutions to any complex IT Operation Related challenges in the organization.
  • Provide L3 technical support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Keep up with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry.
  • Manage and optimize the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization and harvesting of software licenses within the organization.
  • Management of the hardware/software technologies including macOS, Windows 10, Google Workspace, OKTA, JAMF, Sophos, Meraki, Confluence, JIRA etc
  • Document policies, procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
  • Assist the compliance team with tasks related to audit as necessary [ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.]
  • Asset Management: Manage sufficient stock of requirements, keep track of IT assets, renewal of licenses, contracts, AMCs etc. 
  • Proficient in analysing and troubleshooting problems; identifying solutions and recommending and implementing methods, procedures, and techniques for the resolution and elimination of root causes.


  • Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Smartphones, Meeting Room etc.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, cloud-based technologies, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
  • Experience with administration the technologies such as Google Workspace, OKTA, Slack, Antivirus [Sophos], VPN, DLP [Zscaler], MDM [JamF], Zscaler, Confluence/JIRA and Cisco Meraki.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting of Mac OS and MS Windows, Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Sound understanding of Information Security practices and IT systems.
  • Good people skills to manage expectations from concerned stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, along with technical documentation
  • Google Workspace Certified Administrator [Nice to have]
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of Cisco Meraki is a plus.
