Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute 1-to-many customer programs

  • Help scale the programs globally

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer contacts

  • Work with internal teams to create programs related to assets, creatives, templates, etc.

  • Drive registrations for various program webinars

  • Track, measure, and report program performances

  • Analyze program data and share insights, improve program experience

  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution

  • Socialize /evangelize various programs with internal and external groups

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation

    requirements.

  • Contribute inputs /prepare slides for weekly /monthly /quarterly internal reviews.

  • Contribute /collate content working with internal stakeholders for customer success newsletters.

  • Manage a calendar for all newsletters and programs

 

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills (some experience should be demonstrated to showcase project management experience)

  • Ability to put a structure around multiple moving threads

  • Knowledge of newsletter production and webinar program operations is essential (some experience is even better)

  • Experience in MS Office and Google Office space tools is essential

  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills.

  • Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, copy editing and

    maintaining design consistency.

  • Energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.

 

Requirement / Experience

  • MBA preferred

  • 1-year experience
