Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience of 3 to 6 years.

  • Expertise in Email delivery and deliverability practices

  • Deep understanding of Email-sending infrastructure & compliance policies

  • Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms

  • Knowledge of Web technologies (DNS); Email Authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC); Email technologies like BIMI, Annotations, AMP

  • Experience with tools like Google Postmaster, SNDS, eDS, Validity

  • Knowledge of antispam laws e.g. CAN-SPAM

  • Effective communication skills

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Guide the new clients in the onboarding process and assist with IP warmup strategies

  • Help accounts reach good domain health and maximize their target reach. 

  • Proactive monitoring of client's email performance and timely inputs to ensure better inbox placement

  • Maintain email deliverability and reputation of the IP high enough for our clients and diagnose any dips and errors that come up

  • Consult with the clients on creatives and email marketing best practices. Assist with seasonal emails, increasing volume and/or frequency and/or target reach.

  • Work with the clients to improve email performance

  • Analyze and solve customer-reported issues on email deliverability

  • Collaborate with support, engineering, and product-team to help them understand deliverability nuances and offer expertise in any support issues

  • Engage with 3rd party email vendors like SG and SES to check for any issues with the integration and diagnose any problems that come with reporting and delivery of messages

  • Audit resources - available set-ups, IPs, etc.
