We are seeking a passionate and experienced product leader with a track record for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership. As the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings and ensuring they align with our company's strategic goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing product management team, defining the product roadmap, and executing a product strategy that drives innovation and market leadership. 

Our Product leaders are expected to be natural evangelists, great salesmen, storytellers, and strong influencers, able to effectively connect with both internal and external executive leadership and cultivate broad C-Level relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends

    • Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation

    • Collaborate with the executive team to set product priorities and define a long-term product roadmap

  • Product Roadmap and Prioritization:

    • Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and customer demands.

    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on ROI, customer impact, and business priorities.

  • Product Development and Execution:

    • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

    • Ensure that products meet customer requirements, are user-friendly, and deliver measurable value.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

    • Provide guidance and coaching to product managers, ensuring they effectively prioritize and execute initiatives.

  • Market Research and Customer Insights:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market trends to make informed product decisions.

  • Product Marketing Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing collateral to drive product adoption and growth.

  • KPIs and Business Performance:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and regularly report on progress to the executive team.

    • Manage the product budget, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring the product line meets revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with an MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in product management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Adtech, or Martech industries is highly desirable

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate that into actionable product plans

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of product analytics.
