Responsibilities 

  • Map company’s sales process with customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our reps to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes
  • Develop and manage the 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap
  • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
  • Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
  • Roll out a comprehensive on-boarding program
  • Partner with sales leadership and establish a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure that the needs of salespeople, and their managers, are met.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
  • Drive the adoption of sales methodologies 
  • Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of experience in a sales enablement role 
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Product Marketing role would be a plus
  • Excellent listener and communicator. Any changes within the organization, product offerings, or sales content need to be clearly communicated to all sales reps.
  • Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders 
  • Excellent presentation skills - able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with a great story telling ability and with good-looking visuals 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree is preferred
