About the role:

The Director - Partnerships is responsible for strengthening the MoEngage ecosystem of Technology and Solutions partners  in North America by maximizing GTM opportunities with technology partners. This is a cross-functional, high visibility role responsible for setting and owning a key aspect of MoEngage’s growth strategy.

We are looking for a strong business development leader with a demonstrated track record of success and at least 5 years of partner development experience. In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions, Martech and Marketing services is required. Direct experience building and growing partnerships in the B2B marketing technology industry is preferred. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a comprehensive partnering strategy for North America, in support of the core business as well as accelerate strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and maintain partner programs to support technology ecosystems and strategic alliances. Build and manage enablement programs focused on recruiting, educating, and empowering new partners while ensuring the success of existing ones
  • Own all elements of strategic alliances lifecycle and develop a strategic rationale and business case for partnering, identify and prioritize target partners, drive the formation of partnerships, and negotiate key commercial agreements
  • Work with all cross-functional groups to drive effective alignment with partner program and alliances. This includes, but is not limited to working with engineering for integrations; sales to drive sales; marketing for co-marketing

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in external facing roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS and Martech solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-moving organization internally and establish strong working relationships with counterparts across Geos. 
  • Independent, driven and self-sufficient. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and need little prescribed direction, only coaching and mentorship.
