About the Role of Product Analyst:
The Product Analyst at MoEngage is a part of the Product Team and works closely with the Product & Customer facing teams to deep dive into product related problems and present data driven insights for improving product performance, usage and aid in strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the ETL process and ensure accurate data is readily available
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and track product usage and product performance metrics
- Build, Automate, Evolve & Maintain the BI suite to cater to teams across the organization
- Keep the data pipelines efficient and evolving along with the Product
- Work closely with Product Managers and Directors to present data-backed actionable insights that would aid in tactical as well as strategic product decision making
- Conduct exploratory & deep dive analysis to identify gaps in product experience and recommend product improvements
- Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
Must Have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- 2 to 4 years of Proven working experience as a Data analyst, Business analyst or Data Engineer
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python is a must
- Must have hands on experience in Tableau, Superset, PowerBI (or similar BI tools)
Good to have:
- Experience setting up Data Pipelines & Automation for BI purposes is highly preferred
- Experience with Athena SQL, Github
- Experience working with Product team
- Experience with Automation using Airflow
- Working knowledge of AWS infra
- Analytics experience in Digital Marketing or Attribution industry
