MoEngage is hiring a Sr. Manager/Director who will be responsible for scaling our Strategic Alliance with key SI and Consulting Partners. This individual will lead the Recruitment, Onboarding and GTM execution with partners to assist in Business Development and Services Support.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of key SI and Consulting partners to develop them to deliver consistent revenue through joint GTM

  • Develop and execute Partnership business plans to deliver on mutual goals across the Globe

  • Manage close relationships with Partner Alliance Leaders, Partner Champions to get MoEngage plugged in to key GTM programs. 
  • Work closely with our regional Sales Leadership to align partner activities with broader regional GTM programs

  • Drive enablement and certification programs with Enablement team to increase sales and services capabilities of partners

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and execute various marketing campaigns

  • Forecast, measure, and report results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.

 

Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)

  • 8+ years of experience in Alliances, Technology Sales

  • 2-3 years working in Consulting or SI firms will be a big plus

  • Deep understanding of partner sales process and ability to work with cross functional team to progress leads

  • Leadership in preparing for and executing meetings with partners

  • Familiarity with Martech SaaS solutions will be a definite advantage

  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to travel globally

  • Verbal and written ability in additional local / regional languages will be a plus
