MARKET RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with marketing teams across the world on enrichment of contact/ Lead data
  • Ensure data enrichment tasks are completed within SLAs
  • Mapping data as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy
  • Use tools such as google, Linkedin, Apptopia etc to enrich data
  • Upload contacts to hubspot or Salesforce
  • Ensure high quality of data is maintained for marketing database
  • Segment and report on marketing database
  • Constant communication with marketing team to understand the evolving needs
  • Generate reports on the database enriched/other MIS data

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years experience in a Market Research role / Data enrichment role
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/ Google sheets
  • Experience of working on different web tools such as google, Linkedin, Apptopia etc
  • Basic knowledge of working in Hubspot or any other marketing automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of salesforce CRM, do not need to be an expert but know how to use it
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions oriented with excellent customer service skills
