About the Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MoEngage, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the GCC region. Your mission is to discover high-potential leads/ SQLs, spark meaningful conversations, and hand off qualified opportunities to the senior sales team. Simply put, your work will be the foundation for MoEngage’s growth in this dynamic market.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our pipeline, identifying opportunities with regional brands, and showcasing how MoEngage’s platform can solve their customer engagement and retention challenges.

What You’ll Do:

Generate new SQLs and build a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting.

Research target industries, organizations, and decision-makers to uncover the right opportunities.

Use email, phone calls, social media, and events to engage prospects and introduce MoEngage’s solutions.

Understand the challenges prospects face with customer engagement and demonstrate how MoEngage can address them.

Keep the CRM organized and up to date with accurate data and insights from your outreach.

Test and refine messaging templates to improve the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.

Consistently meet or exceed your monthly goals for lead generation and pipeline development.
What We’re Looking For:

Location: Based in Jordan, managing the GCC region.
-
2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or SDR roles, ideally in SaaS or technology.

Knowledge of the GCC market and an understanding of its business and cultural dynamics.

Exceptional Arabic communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse prospects. Conversational English is required.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage tasks independently when needed.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a big plus.

Eager to learn, adapt, and grow your skillset in a supportive environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
