Skills and Requirements
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key driver of regional paid digital marketing efforts supporting our self-serve and sales motions to drive demand and revenue growth - designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled digital campaigns across customer segments and funnels. You will help create an uncommonly great paid program at MoEngage through a relentless focus on customer experience and channel optimization. As your region’s paid manager, you will be the go-to expert on paid digital and collaborate with our Digital Marketing Lead to maximize revenue through this channel for your region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create a strong online presence for MoEngage that fuels our growth, builds the brand, and educates and guides visitors at all stages of the decision-making cycle

  • Build, maintain, and execute a roadmap of digital projects, deliverables, and initiatives

  • Plan, set up & execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across the funnel.

  • Optimize account & campaign performance through detailed analytics, hypotheses testing, and experimentation.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to improve the landing page’s information architecture and update product & solution messaging and positioning to drive conversions. Work closely with designers and back-end web developers to execute optimization tasks, including A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Work with the designers, copywriter to build/create landing pages required for the paid campaigns - through builders like Unbounce, Instapage or any other CMS.

  • Provide effective feedback on images, copy and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements.

  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar to capture key site performance metrics to measure, test and improve paid campaign performance.

  • Compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization

  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and leverage data trends to support LP optimization strategies that improve user experience and demand generation, using A/B and user testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization strategies and initiatives

  • Collaborate with SEO team to drive performance and effectively optimize the website to drive more organic demos from our target markets, turning MoEngage’s website into a conversion machine

  • Clearly understand site performance, analyze trends, business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve results.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social/display and direct response.

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (good to have)

  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices (targeting, ad formats, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)

  • Technical paid digital knowledge (understanding of Conversion API, bidding strategies, and audience management)

  • Self-starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight

  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights from data

  • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize and improve campaigns 

  • User-first sensibility

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
