Role and responsibilities :

Ensuring regular management of the tools. Manage integrations & data flow between tools. Work with the vendors to solve any issues

Monitor the functioning of critical martech tools and ensure there are no issues that impact leads, data or reporting

Do cross functional projects which are aligned to overall marketing priorities that leverage Martech tools and help marketing/ sales to generate pipeline

Automate manual processes enabling a frictionless and fast marketing execution

Publish critical marketing reports for marketing team - MIS reports and dashboards

Create reports that shows the ROI of marketing investments - Campaign performance reports, Event, Digital spend ROI reports

Collaborating with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide them with relevant data/ reports/ Insights
-
Create/ Manage reports/visualization on tools like Tableau, Hubspot, Salesforce
-
Create / manage marketing data warehouse in Snowflake
-
Analyze reports and data and provide regular insights that come out of data. Provide actionable insights.

Take on new projects that are aligned to marketing goals and strategic initiatives
Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, marketing or a related field
-
2-3 Years of experience in marketing operations
-
Basic understanding of B2B marketing processes in a SaaS company
-
Prior knowledge of reporting on marketing funnel and understanding of marketing KPIs is a big plus
-
Hands on experience of working on Business Intelligence and data visualization using Tableau
-
Hands on knowledge of SQL is a must, knowledge of any other coding language is a plus.

Knowledge of data ingestion and cloud data warehouses like snowflake is a must
-
Strong communication and analytical skills
-
Experience of working with Hubspot and other martech tools is a plus
