Job Title: Senior Manager – Brand & Product GTM.

 

MoEngage is looking for a B2B tech SaaS expert who can work with multiple teams to execute marketing initiatives for the MoEngage brand and its products. In this role, you will own brand awareness for MoEngage and GTM for new product launches and increase the adoption of existing MoEngage products.

 

You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner functions to develop in-depth strategies and execute them end-to-end to highlight the value proposition of MoEngage and strengthen our brand’s presence in markets across the globe.

What are we expecting from you?

 

  • Product GTM Strategy Development:

    • Develop and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, major features, and product updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

    • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and buyer personas.

    • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings.

  • Launch Planning & Execution:

    • Create detailed launch plans, timelines, and project manage cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement) to ensure seamless execution.

    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns (content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events, etc.) that drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline.

    • Develop content in the form of case studies, reports, PR, and other collateral that showcase the benefits of the product along with social proofing. 

    • Partner with the Product Marketing team to equip sales teams with the necessary training, tools, and messaging to effectively articulate product value and close deals.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives, including adoption rates, pipeline generation, revenue impact, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

    • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize GTM strategies and continuously improve product success.

    • Establish feedback loops with sales, customer success, and customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and inform future product and GTM iterations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Act as a central point of contact, fostering strong relationships and alignment across all stakeholders.

    • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of all GTM efforts.

  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization):

    • Create a content calendar listing topics aligned with global brand pillars, aiming to accelerate MoEngage’s brand awareness and perception.

    • Work with freelancers to create multiple content pieces. This includes giving a strong brief, maintaining timelines, and ensuring quality output.

    • Identify and collaborate with thought leaders and industry experts to create content about MoEngage and leverage their network to improve MoEngage’s reach.

  • Customer Marketing:

    • Work closely with Customer Success teams to send regular newsletters about new MoEngage products and relevant content assets to drive product adoption and upsell revenue.

The skills that will make you the right fit are

 

  • Good grasp of the English language, especially in writing and presentation

  • Strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless work with Design, Digital, Social, Paid, Email, Field Marketing, Partner, Product, and Product Marketing teams

  • Background of writing blog articles, reports, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, and other long-form content assets

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

  • Understanding brand and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to liaise with agencies, vendors, and creative/design professionals

  • Good planning, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, viz. proofreading, editing, and consistency

  • Continually pick up new skills and technology (proficiency with multiple Martech tools is a BIG plus!)

  • Energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic environment

You’ll grab our attention immediately if you have

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology, and experience in Marketing or Product Marketing

  • 7+ years of experience in multi-channel and multi-format content creation for a B2B tech SaaS company

  • Skills that can help you convert tech/product knowledge into something valuable for our customers, i.e., if you speak about “value propositions” and not “features”

  • Owned multiple Marketing responsibilities in a B2B Tech SaaS with a PLG-led growth model in the past, or have a strong familiarity with a PLG motion

  • A strong understanding of data, using it to derive insights, and converting it into something our customers understand

  • Ideate and execute creative campaigns that stand out from standard B2B comms and visuals on social media or Email
