  • Be the face of the company and drive relationships with C-level executives in some of the largest enterprises in North America
  • Get 100% ownership of the accounts assigned to you and full autonomy to drive them home with all the support you need

Skills and Requirements

  • A proven hunter who consistently exceeds sales targets
  • A passion for technology and all things digital
  • 5+ years of Sales experience in Marketing Technology, SaaS, or Digital Marketing
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • A strong C-level network
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and decision-making process for large SaaS investments
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive market 
  • Experience selling to the product and/or marketing function at organizations
  • Ability to be a true consultant to prospects
  • The ability to identify a need, nurture, build urgency and bring a deal to closure - full cycle 

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling overall responsibility of managing new business development, hitting and exceeding sales targets in assigned region
  • Keep up to date and establish deep knowledge of MoEngage’s solutions and product
  • Keep up to date with the industry, competition and be a trusted advisor in the mar-tech space
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with all key accounts and key prospects
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead generation
