Note : This role will be primarily focused working with EU, US & LATAM sales teams and would require working the 3pm to 12AM IST shift.
What you will do
- Assist Sales & CS teams with non-standard and complex quote execution
- Review deals for accurate terms, billing information and product entitlements to ensure that the data is captured accurately in MoEngage internal systems
- Improve workflows, processes, and automation to increase the effectiveness of Deal Desk
- Partner with cross functional teams (finance, legal, implementation, product) to understand evolving business needs and support them wherever needed
- Maintain current knowledge of MoEngage product offering, pricing & packaging models
- Be a custodian of Customer Entitlements and make sure the information is updated in Salesforce
Preferred skills and background
- Experience working with DealHub CPQ and Salesforce CRM preferred
- Basic understanding of SaaS subscription models
- Minimum 3 years experience in Deal Desk role in a SaaS company
- Great attention to detail and appetite to learn
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who loves to collaborate cross-functionally and globally to support the business goals
