As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the product strategy for our MoEngage App-Marketplace (Partner Integrations) product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales customer success and our technology partners to ensure successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the multiple teams to define and execute the product roadmap 
  • Manage and prioritize feature requests and requirements from stakeholders and ensure that they align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer and business needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to drive new partner integrations and enhance existing ones.
  • Assist with product documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, and use that data to make data-driven decisions about the product roadmap and prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/BTech/etc.) is a must.
  • 0-2 years experience in technology - software development, product management or a related field, preferably in a SAAS or technology company.
  • Hands on experience with APIs, data warehouses, integrations is preffered 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
