Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational support for the marketing team across various regions with marketing operations tasks. Required to work in afternoon shift (2PM to 11PM)
  • Help with execution of tasks related to campaign creation, email campaigns, campaign reporting, data management etc.
  • Advise marketing managers on standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Manage lead data flow to salesforce CRM, troubleshoot any data flow issues
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on how systems work. Help with training and enablement
  • Troubleshoot issues among tools after consulting with internal team, the tools support team or by referring to the tool community pages and effectively resolving them
  • Ensure data quality and structure to allow accurate marketing reporting & attribution tracking
  • Review and continuously improve existing processes and document processes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience with supporting global marketing teams
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Good understanding of marketing processes in a B2B company
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions oriented with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of SFDC, do not need to be an expert but know how the system works and integrates with Marketing software
  • Knowledge of Demandbase, Drift, Tableau will be an advantage
  • Understanding of data privacy and data processing laws – GDPR / CCPA / CAN-SPAM and others as applicable to marketing
  • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal- to speak, present, and collaborate with members of marketing and cross functional teams
