Digital Marketing Manager 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager eager to play a critical role in building one of the leading B2B brands. Because MoEngage enables how more than 1,000+ brands across 35 countries send messages in billions to 900MN+ consumers every month, we aim to behave less like the enterprise software company we are and more like the most engaging consumer brands on digital media. We need an experienced Digital marketer who is passionate about this challenge and can roll up their sleeves to own the strategy and performance. Our ideal candidate is an experienced B2B SaaS marketer who is a blend of digital expert, data-driven marketer, growth hacker, and expert project manager with a customer-first focus. This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.

 As part of the Digital Marketing team, this is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product, to prioritize objectives and drive the strategy and execution of performance, user experience, and conversion optimization to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a strong online presence for MoEngage that fuels our growth, builds the brand, and educates and guides visitors at all stages of the decision-making cycle
  • Build, maintain, and execute a roadmap of digital projects, deliverables, and initiatives
  • Plan, set up & execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across the funnel.
  • Optimize account & campaign performance through detailed analytics, hypotheses testing, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to improve the landing page’s information architecture and update product & solution messaging and positioning to drive conversions. Work closely with designers and back-end web developers to execute optimization tasks, including A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Work with the designers, copywriter to build/create landing pages required for the paid campaigns - through builders like Unbounce, Instapage or any other CMS.
  • Provide effective feedback on images, copy and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar to capture key site performance metrics to measure, test and improve paid campaign performance.
  • Compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and leverage data trends to support LP optimization strategies that improve user experience and demand generation, using A/B and user testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with SEO team to drive performance and effectively optimize the website to drive more organic demos from our target markets, turning MoEngage’s website into a conversion machine
  • Clearly understand site performance, analyze trends, business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve results

Skills:

  • Passionate about digital marketing with 5-8 years.
  • Proven track record with full funnel marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and lead generation. 
  • Experience in a performance marketing role across a range of channels; search, social, affiliate, display, video.
  • A knack for identifying target audiences, knowing where to find them, encouraging engagement and driving conversions. 
  • Strong experience in website analytics tools – highly proficient with google analytics, tag manager, search console. Knowledge of using data tools such as marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports.
  • Team player with a “do-er” mentality—action-oriented, with a willingness to be hands-on
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced open environment
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Expert level knowledge of Adwords is highly desirable. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
