Role : Finance Manager
About the role:
  • Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business
  • Manage financial and regulatory compliances for India entity including direct and indirect taxes
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Carrying out monthly variance analysis and identify major drivers impacting business
  • Liaising with internal and statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion
  • Ensuring intercompany transactions are booked as per transfer pricing agreements and adhering to relevant compliances
  • Drive efficiency related projects to ensure optimum utilization of resources
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Inclination towards questioning and improving existing processes
  • Ability to prioritize - we are consistently working on multiple projects at any given time, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • Individual must be able to operate independently and must have a go getter attitude
  • Experience in NetSuite or any other Oracle product is preferable but not mandatory
Educational Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post qualification experience
