About the job:

  • MoEngage’s Startups and Venture Capital Pod equips early-stage businesses with access to our platform and other resources for growth via MoEngage’s flagship Growth Accelerator Program (GAP). 
  • The program is in partnership with certain accelerators, incubators, and VCs, offering credits of the MoEngage platform to their portfolio companies. Additionally, MoEngage offers access to other resources that are vital to an early-stage business such as educational and networking opportunities, and mentorship. 
  • The aim of this program is to promote MoEngage among emerging businesses and build lasting relationships with them. The idea is to help early stage startups be the next unicorn and be a part of their growth story.



  • Building the sales funnel via multiple channels and growth initiatives like partnerships with VCs, cold calls, outbound outreach, webinars, ABM.
  • Explore new partnership opportunities with VCs, Accelerators, and Incubators in the Middleeast North Africa (MENA)  region and onboard them as startup program partners
  • Manage existing startup partners in the MENA region to help them enable their portfolio companies to grow better
  • Participate in Startup Events and build relationships with VCs and Founders in the MENA region
  • Build engagement programs with partners to drive a stronger adoption of the program among the portfolio companies
  • Build trust, establish credibility, and hold partners accountable
  • Educate startups about the MoEngage and the significance of retention and engagement for early stage startups.
  • Work with Moengage sales and marketing teams to ensure the partner and startup experiences are frictionless
  • Work on market intelligence, partnership development, and startup development


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably from a B-school with 2+ yrs of experience working with VCs, accelerators, incubators and startup ecosystems and/or working for or within a startup
  • Entrepreneurial mind set, to understand and relate to challenges faced by startups and ability to strategize and build solutions through startup program
  • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals such as MRR, the number of new partnerships, and the number of new customers in MENA.
  • Experience in account management/ Business development. 
  • B2B SaaS sales/ marketing experience would be preferred
  • Exposure to the Startup and VC ecosystem in the Middleeast with proficiency in Arabic is a bonus.
  • And the last but most important point - willingness to learn and drive to succeed. As they say, 'skills' can be taught but 'will' cannot

  • Can work independently
  • Ability to think on 1st principles and drive initiatives 
  • Be nice to work with and can work with people from across functions
  • Extrovert with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
