Web Experience Manager - Digital Marketing

MoEngage is looking for a data-driven Web Experience Manager (WEM) to work with digital marketers, design, SEO, and developers to ensure that each website touchpoint of the customer journey is not only effective but engaging as well on our Corporate, Marketing and Community sites. As a Web Experience Manager, you will play a key role in managing success metrics (conversion rate and visitor engagement) along with an excitement for delivering great user experiences. This position requires a thorough understanding of digital user experience (UI/UX) and using customer data to create a digital strategy that not only offers a personalized experience but leads to increased visitor engagement and conversions.

As a Web Experience Manager, you should be able to combine web analytics, data science, user research, UX, competitor analysis, and consumer psychology to develop strategies to make our website more successful. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems would be an advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities


  • Execute web experiments to improve key site metrics conduct qualitative research studies to understand the behaviors unique to each market (NA, EU, SEA, India, MEA and LATAM)
  • Create reporting dashboards to oversee the performance of web experiences and recommend necessary improvements and design changes
  • Use data to create a digital strategy to offer personalized experience to users based on global and regional personas
  • Partner and continuously align with owners across the website & performance marketing teams to ensure projects are prioritized within the overall web roadmap and that achieve the organization's objectives
  • Establish and track KPIs and develop reporting and analysis of experiments
  • Work with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders and gain consensus for website strategy and modifications that drive more traffic and conversion



  • 8-10 years’ experience as a Web Experience Manager, UX Researcher, Web Analyst, Conversion Rate Optimization or similar role
  • Advanced experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics)
  • Previous experience with A/B testing programs (such Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, and any associated software)
  • An understanding of various methods for visualizing analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed by less technical staff.
  • Ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with web content management applications (preferably WordPress) and SEO techniques is a plus
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understanding of HTML & CSS
  • Graduate degree
